Ideas for this space?

Just purchased an older home in the 60s. This room underneath the main entry stairs outside was used as storage space. What other ideas do you have for repurposing this room? The door is connected to another heated room in the basement. We were thinking to give it to tenants as part of the basement suite, but unsure what to call it. Ideas?
