calling out due to snow

will i get an occurrence for calling out bc the roads are to icey to drive on? i live 20 minutes from my store but don’t wanna risk driving for the sole purpose my state never gets snow and the people who live here don’t know how to drive when it’s raining outside, let alone the roads iced 😭
