Anyone know how to adjust Allen + Roth Lowes cabinet shelves?

The upper cabinet shelves have a peg with a flat side. Super easy to adjust to fit varying heights of glassware. The lower cabinets shelves have these 4 plastic things that I don't know how you'd manouver without needing to press all four at once. http://imgur.com/gallery/DOc4U8a

I know this is a lightweight home improvement project -- just want to fit in my stuff into the lower cabinets so I don't have to stare at it on the counter -- but I only got sarcastic remarks at r/lowes.

Any advice on how to do this or a tool I could use would be great. Much appreciated!
