Budget Home Media Server

Hi Guys,

I've recently got into using jellyfin to host a home media server off of my personal computer and was looking into making use of an old desktop to be used as a server. I was looking at a dell OptiPlex 7050 with a core i5-7500 and then adding storage to that, but I was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations for systems that I should look at? With a budget of around 250aud and only needing the server to be used to host a jellyfin server for me personally and potentially host a Minecraft server. Any recommendations are welcome.
