Comfrt and Tiktok- return fiasco
I bought a couple of hoodies from Comfrt on the Tiktok shop. They were too big, so I requested a return. They emailed me the return label, I packaged it up real good, and dropped it off at the post office. About 10 days later, I check the tracking, and it says the forwarding order is expired and being returned to sender. I'm very confused, it hasn't moved since. It went to an address in Livermore CA, and was addressed as COMFRT. Does anyone know, would I reach out to Tiktok, or Comfrt about this?
UPDATE: I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BACK FROM COMFRT WITH ITEMS THAT NOW DON'T FIT. I CAN'T GET ANYWHERE WITH CS. COMFRT THEMSELVES SAY GO TO TIKTOK, TIKTOK SAYS GO TO COMFRT. I'VE EVEN SHARED SCREENSHOTS WITH EACH THE EMAILS OF THEM SAYING GO TO THE OTHER. IM SO FED UP. THE QUALITY IS NICE, BUT HOW THE FUC* DOES A RETURN MAILING LABEL SENT BY TIKTOK NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS?
IM THINKING ABOUT OPENING UP A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL CAUSE NOW I SPENT $130 ON ITEMS THAT I CAN'T USE, AND CAN'T MAIL BACK FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT!!!!
