WHITE PEOPLE SMELL LIKE SHIT

So this is my first time working in a white people Hospital and let me tell you, every patient smell like shit. Like they ate a dead fckn rat!!!!! This aint an assylum or a jail hospital y'all, this is legit private urgent care hospital! One time at midnight, I had to come in to a room to check my big fat patient lying on the bed with his mouth bubbling with saliva and apparently, he shitttt himself. I had to clean him and freshen the entire room cz boy!!!! That shift was a fight to death for me! Are white people really this gross? Do you not have water in your house?
