Is water pressure a dealbreaker?

Hi everyone!

I’ve found a flat I love, location, size and price are all perfect.

When I went for my viewing, I did notice that when I turned the kitchen tap on, the water pressure seemed pretty low.

I didn’t take major notice of this, and I’ve had my offer provisionally accepted. Now I have been thinking about it - it would be a big problem for me if the shower is low pressure.

Is this something that can be easily fixed? When I get a survey, will they measure water pressure and can I negotiate down based on how much it costs to improve this?

Edit: any advice on if it’s okay to go back and view again after i’ve made an offer and it’s been accepted? they’ve had to speak to the previous buyer to tell them they’ve had a higher offer. i know it’s silly but i feel kind of awkward about the whole thing.
