Are these Aphids or Predatory Mites?

I had a thrips outbreak and two weeks ago I got some Swirski Ulti Mite packets to release.

Now it’s two weeks later and I can’t tell if these tiny green bugs are swirski mites, or a new infestation of aphids.

Experienced growers? Can anyone help me? TIA!
