Future of IMG in USA

It seems as if the future of an IMG is looking very bleak. If you are a Non- US IMG at least you can go back to your home country to practice medicine. If you are a US-IMG you’re pretty much screwed. This is a warning to all IMGs in USA. It is only going to get worse with time. Being a US-IMG I wish I did not attend any foreign school for medical school. Let this be a warning to anyone reading this. The days of the IMG in the USA are coming to an end. Look into other countries I hear Germany, UK, Gulf Arab countries offer good opportunities. The DO students are filling the gaps that the IMG used to fill. Good luck and God bless I’m not trying to discourage anyone from pursuing medicine in the USA. I’m only shedding light on the reality of the situation.
