Pros and Cons

  • Pros:
    • (All American sports and top 5 football leagues in English, very little buffering for football/soccer here in the USA. Almost all American channels have a working EPG, and so far ESPN+ EPG is working correctly with no lag for UFC 311, which was surprising at HD quality. No lagging for the Liverpool-Brentford game today. If you streamed it legally (Peacock), you would have had your app crash for the two goals, but you got to see them both live. It has all the shows and movies I watch, and the mainstream shows upload in under 24 hours. The Rookie airs Tuesday night, and by Wednesday noon, it was up.)
  • Cons:
    • (Few of the 4K channels are wrong, like Astro Supersport, which shows an Indian channel for me, and Sky Sport Main Event does not work at all for me. Also, the delay is not as fast as Mega, but still good enough for me.)

Reviewer’s Final Thoughts

For me, Strong 8K will be my main going forward. It has everything I need, as I mainly watch sports and American TV. I had no lagging at all when running things in HD. UFC 311 was lagging leading up to the Umar fight, but after the 3rd round, it was completely smooth for me. NFL and NBA have been seamless. I was watching Serie A and La Liga as well with no problem. The hardest part is finding what channel the cup games are on 😂. For VOD, I mainly just watch mainstream shows, and they stream without any problem in English. I will definitely be using Strong 8K for the long run now. Thanks to this sub, my IPTV is set.
