What's happening with Strong8k?

Hello, i bought from alibaba Strong8k for 1 year EU plug, and today bought 4kOTT or promax is called for 6 months, i live in europe and strong8k has been good but not reliable , i talked to my provider about a problem with some of the channels where i see black screen and he offered a new url that doesn't end with cdngold as the first url that he gave me, can somebody clarify me if he is trying to blindside me because i have seen in this group and bravo the admin it;s very helpfull, i saw that strong8k - best servers ends with cdngold, can somebody that knows more than me regarding this problems clarify it for me?!
