Can someone help explain?

This is is my year knowing or hearing anything about tax transcript. Before two days ago, I had no clue that you could view tax transcripts online and see certain info on their before the wmr site. But I’m still extremely new and confused on it. Could anybody explain my blank transcript and what should my next step be ? If I should continue to wait or call them or what?
