Surviving A Pip Is Useless

I got put on PIP a year ago and passed it. All of a sudden, I get a final warning notice and the things they put on there were the same items they used to put me on PIP. It wasnt anything new that I did, it was the exact same ticket they used to put me on PIP. I asked if there was anything that was concerning that was more recent, no one had an answer. Since my PIP, the entire process changed so we dont even follow the same procedures anymore. I think this is retailiation for going on medical leave.

Update : I quit and was able to find a new job
