What would you need to completely and totally max out a single hero?

I was wondering about this just because I was bored, but what would make the perfect theoretical hero? I don't care about the best team, just a single hero.

There are so many ways to boost power, but maxing out every single one of them would be a task. There a few pretty obvious things we can do to get higher power:

- D15 (Nirvana, Max DT), completely maxed out star-soul & destiny trail.

- Maxed out resonance armor (3 star), stone (6 star), x-upgrades (level 100), monster (level 180 with maxed HP, attack and speed runes), core (level 8, not just a noble core at level 3), a mythic skin, and an appropriate splendid deific arti (i.e., deific MS).

- Maxed out celestial island galleries (Skin, Artifact, Equipment, Avatar), and maxed out Evil and Justice Statues.

- Maxed out 2024 black friday avatar frame.

- All tenant homes with skins at 105, terrace and fountain also at 105.

- All starspawns at 140, all integrated starspawns at 180.

These are all milestones which a lot of the games biggest whales already have, so nothing super interesting. But here are a few things which are harder to achieve, I don't know how many of the top 50 would have them:

- Perfect SSS soul awakening, with 9900/9990/99.

- Max Soul Power Distribution, effectively making the soul awakening 19000/19000/650 (around that, not sure about the exact numbers).

- Maxed out train (every set, every piece at 5 star).

There may still be a handful of players across iOS and Android that have accomplished all of these on a single hero. But these aren't even the most absurd things you'd need for a "perfect hero", you'd also need:

- DT tenants with all of the above. For example, if LFA is the "perfect hero" we are trying to make, we'd want PDE and SQH with 19000/19000/650 soul awakening + soul power, a level 8 core, D15. If we have Spectre on LFA, we may put Plume on SQH and Pupil on PDE, and they should also both be maxed out. Rather than regular artefacts, we'd also want splendid transcendence flags on both of them, to give the LFA more stats.

- Non-DT tenants which are maxed out too. Going back to LFA as an example, we'd need Onki and regular Aspen at T5, level 100 x-upgraded, with splendid shadow and dark flags respectively. We'd also have both of them at 19000/19000/650 from soul awakening + soul power.

This is pretty absurd already - there are probably a few players with high tier SSS copies of many heroes, but I doubt there are any SSS Onkirimarus floating around, let alone perfect copies with max soul power. But there is still one thing which is so ridiculous, I don't think it'll likely ever be done.

- Maxed out SSS Starspawn star destinies for every star spawn. This would take months of rolling just star destinies, and it's not like you can even buy an SSS copy from the auction market. You'd need tens-of-thousands of rerolls.

Will we ever see a hero like this? Is anyone even close to one? What would it's battle power, HP and attack stats be?
