Pr card application status

I did my soft landing in April 2022 but wasn't allowed to apply for PR card. I moved to Montreal 2 months back and applied for PR card online on July 6th 2024. But I haven't received any PR card yet. How do I check the status of my PR card? The portal I submitted my application from doesn't even let me open my application or I don't see any option.
