Is it ok to pay 500 for pc cleaning?

I need to clean dust from the PC. I went to local pc service store he asked for 650 but settled for 500. I don't want to do it by myself as I fear damaging some parts. That service guy said he will dissemble the PC clean it add new thermal paste and all. So is it worth 500 rupees?

Update: So I did the servicing from local shop. He used HY510 thermal paste. I had to keep PC at the shop for a while. I took the SSD home
