Me and my lame birthday 🥲🎉

So today's my birthday and it's been pretty lame so far. My friends live miles away from me . And I got practicals and exams coming up so I can't do anything today. Idk why I had so much expectations from this day . I just wished for something different but it's not happening. Birthday blues been hitting me hard rn . Kinda depressed and kinda sad but still I gotta go and study . Life's so hard that I feel like crying but maybe not just feeling tired rn . I hope my practical goes well tmrw. I just wanted to vent here cuz I got noone to talk to at the moment. Have yall experienced the same or am I the only one 🥲🥲
