Indian student planning for German Public University (do)

I am an Indian student planning to get into a public university in Germany.

I am in my 1st year of college in BTech

I have talked to a consultant who is gonna help me get admission in a public university.

my_qualifications: I have decent grades and i am a multi sport state level athlete.

What exactly course should i target as i am in IT right now and want to continue in IT field only. I am interested in cybersecurity and development.

And also what universities i should target? ignore (do) in the title
