$54 batch ruined by incompetent Chat Support
Basically it was a 3 person order, the last order only wanted one item that wasn’t in stock. Chat support has to manually remove her in order for me to checkout. I told the support agent the name of the customer AND order, he still somehow managed to remove the wrong order, then had to remove the right order as well. Now I lost TWO orders and I know damn well I won’t be paid for the two dropped orders because I never do
