Instagram Disabled

So last July 29, 2024 i woke up saying that my accounts were suspended for fraud and deception and i was given a chance to appeal via the selfie video and other information but a few hours after got an email that they rejected the appeal since they found my account to still be violating and have permanently disabled the accounts 😭😭 my personal instagram was attached to my small business instagram account and my personal facebook and now all are gone. My hard work for the past 5 years down the drain and I am at a loss. I tried appealing again and again but they asked me to stop since they said i might be making it worse so now i’m just waiting on a miracle :( I don’t know what else to do. I swear on my life that i never did such things and I barely use my personal IG account which was the account that got flagged for fraud. THIS IS MAKING ME SO DEPRESSED 🥺😭 i have so much banking on the accounts :(( does anyone know what else I can do to get them back?
