Unique or Tacky?

I've had this dresser for many years and in a game of truth or dare my boyfriend told me he hates it. My roommate said they can't decide if it's really tacky or really cool. I am unsure if I should keep it or not. What do you think? I haven't really thought about getting rid of it but it was because I couldn't afford to buy a new one, now I have the money.
