How do I fix this?

The problem is in the video shown, I accidentally ran over them early in the morning with my car(i know stupid me) but now water is spewing out like a hose, i put the heads back in but they popped right out when i turned the sprinklers on to see if it worked only to see that it didn’t, is there an easy fix for this? Please help me.
