[Dreadgod] Are Paths still used at Judge level?

It seems like they would be, but there's no mention of Enforcer/Ruler/etc techniques by any of the Court of Seven, including Suriel. In her case, she mainly uses her Mantle, her Razor, her authority/willpower as a Judge, and the power of the Way.

Same with Ozriel, who used mainly his Scythe and his Mantle. So the question is: are Paths still effective at that level?

Would Ozriel use pure techniques? also, as another question, can Ozriel now use destruction and pure madra?
