Why does this always happen

I make a bot, I give it some good details... and then I go to test it, and it feel like the first message is just the bot spitting out everything I just fed it!!! Like bro please its message 1 you don't have to tell me everything!! i know you have problems I gave them to you!!

So I guess my question is, how do I get these guys to slow the the fuck down? Will a jail break work or is this another case of jllm being in a silly goofy mood?
