Finding work in Japan?

I’ve just relocated to the city area in Tokyo from Australia (Native English speaker) on a working holiday visa. I have around 3 years experience as a supervisor in cocktail bars and pubs. I’m studying the language every day, but only about N4 proficiency, which I feel may hold me back. What are the best places to look for part time employment, and has anyone seen English speakers working as bartenders?
