2007 GC with single zone climate control. Cannot change temp

Today is false Spring in Tx and I switched from heat to vent. The airflow moved fine but the temp control doesn’t change. Blowing hot air out of the vents.

Is this the Actuator on the drivers side below the radio or is there another one?

I think I replaced the plastic gear once before but I don’t remember what the symptom was.
