Did Jujutsu Kaisen lost its theme? (And other things in the story that jujutsu kaisen had dropped along the way!)

Correct me if I'm wrong, because my reading of the series kinda fluctuates and I may forget certain things.  This is really the only subreddit I can find that I can talk to people about this, and I want to hear your guys' opinion on this. And so honestly don't know if this is the type of stuff you guys talk about or into, but I tried anyway

I remembered back in the early chapters of jujutsu kaisen, the main theme was essentially "hey jujutsu society, kinda fucked up", Junpei's arc, heck even Yuji's first death was as a result of the harsh world they lived in, filled with higher ups that make them do their bidding, with a blatant disregard for both human life and the sorcerer's life, Megumi's sister got taken away from him because of the society he works under and lives in, Junpei got corrupted because of the dark forces of, essentially, the dark underworld of the jujutsu society comprising of many many sorcerers led by Kenjaku harboring Geto's body, even in Gojo's past, it showed also just how miserable the world is, Riko amanai was just a girl who wanted to live a normal life past having to bear the burden of being a Star Plasma vessel, Gojo and Geto even trying their best and offering her a way out, that they'll GIVE her that life she always wanted, even if it defy the jujutsu society, they will fight for the life she wants, and yet she dies anyway because of Toji, a sort of, manifestation of how fucked up the jujutsu society is, Toji being a symbol for Greed. And even then Toji is not at all entirely a villain, he was someone who was basically forced and groomed to be the machine that he is today, because of the way he grew up in life, at the mercy of those from the zenin clan, he then became someone who lost his initial purpose and life with his family, overwriting that goal  to be a goal to to prove himself, so much so that he just straight up forgot who the hell his son even is.

But after Shibuya, I never saw this theme come up again, the story just kinda forms itself to be the battle manga that it is today, and how battle manga tend to be, fight after fight, and next fight to the next, like the story is rushing itself just for every fight until we get to Kenjaku, like we have to fight to fight, and we have to stop this antagonist just to stop them, alot of the character arcs that we used to get too was basically gone in the story, with Megumi having the opportunity to actually have a character arc with his reunion with Toji, at first I thought it was a great way to show how Megumi will learn in the future of his father's sacrifice, and realizing all the things he had done for him, but we just never got that, and Megumi just straight up has no character arc til the end of series, we got Miwa who became someone who was useless and vulnerable to someone who realized the harsh world she lives in because of Mechamaru's death...................................................... And then we literally never see her agai- only showing us a hint of what shes doing in I think the culling games? Where she looked extremely serious, I don't recall seeing her after that. The last I heard of this "This world is fucked up" theme, the way that it was originally as a sort of commentary, was Maki's fight against the zenin clan, and even then her story existed and was only really great within a vacuum, she had a bit of highlights with the battle vs sukuna, but even then she was swatted away like a fly in the end and got written off of the fight. Alot of chapters today are just setups, fights, setup fights, new abilities that came out of nowhere, new plot revelations like Yuta's inhabiting Gojo's body, Nobara coming back, Yuji's new abilities, sure this got hinted at back then, but we kinda just went from that to this, purely a Point A to Point B type shit where we never actually saw the gradual build up to the climax of each setups. Like alot of people has been complaining about this format since the start of shinjuku, but idk I saw that this was very apparent even in the Shibuya arc, where its just fights after fights, interesting characters is written purely for a fight to happen, and either die or gets written off of the story once it's over. There's no commentary on the world around them anymore, or the emotional and personal richness of the story before is gone, edgy shit JUST happens for the sake of it. And so the deaths just kinda lacked meaning, the only reason why it's sad and it hurts us is because we care about the characters, not with any other purpose for the larger story nor its themes.

Its clear to me the shift is favored for the fights, and even then I can't really find the good and strength in it, things just sorta happen, "hey Imma introduce this new ability to your or this clever flashback in the beginning of the chapter, and watch me make it come true in this chapter or in the next" like why didn't we just have a sit down with all of our characters, being like "Yo this how we going to fight Sukuna" I get that its for shock value, but it risked the story pulling things out of its ass in favor of the fight. Alot of the abilities are also unnecessarily convoluted too, and yeah sure, maybe it's just me, but even then, alot of it are EXTREMELY abstract and obscure for no reason, like one example from an anime that I thought did it right was Jojo, they had simple abilities that pushed itself to be extremely complex within the fights they are in, Funny Valentine using the droplets below his head and in his head to use d4c, as he is technically being placed between two objects, literally any fight from Soft and Wet, King Crimson and learning how to get around it, pretty much every fight in steel ball run, every single ability in stone ocean as well, in jujutsu kaisen its just PURE complexity. It could be me? but I still see alot of people asking or talking about how x abilities work, or how did y's ability made this happen, or this and that, showing that it really is just that complex.

Like even works like Record of Ragnarok or Jojo had an overarching theme and had a cohesive narrative along with the fights that majority of the story revolves around in or tells its story to, I just never found that again in Jujutsu Kaisen post-shibuya.

One of the biggest flop of writing in jjk character has also recently been Gojo, who apparently was doing all of this because it was self-serving, like this was by far one of the biggest character assassinations I have ever seen, I know Gojo had been a flawed character who was very selfish and pretty- well- very arrogant in his younger years, but that's kind of the point why he was like that, it was for him to have that entire arc and the tragedy of it all, and eventually shape him into a still flawed person, disillusioned from the society that he works under and lives in and the bad shit that people who are in power of said society has over the weak and the innocence, i.e people like Junpei, or Riko Amanai, or the twin girls, and literally everybody else under his wing. He is flawed in that the thing he's going about things, killing the higher ups, is again, flawed, but for a good purpose, and that is to safe guard the future of the young sorcerers he is nurturing for greatness and is trying to protect from the corruption of the jujutsu society, there has never been at any point in the series, as far as I can remember, where Gojo was hinted at to be STILL selfish, he was arrogant, but to be fair, that kind of his whole gig, and its not like he's entirely wrong in declaring himself to be the strongest. Although honestly this could just be chalked up because gege just hates Gojo, which alone is pretty dumb, sacrificing any integrity of his own character and any form of character development because of spite, or honestly who knows at this point maybe this is just one big ass troll gege is painting. It also doesn't help that Gojo just straight up dies in one shot, off screen, the long ass fight sequence with Sukuna and Gojo, a culmination of everything these characters have been built up to, the ultimate fight, and the notes, and narration, CLEARLY IS SAYING THE WHOLLLEEEE time Gojo is winning, but then he dies anyway off screen. And it pulls out this bs that "Oh actually Sukuna wasn't even using full power lol", like I was totally okay with Gojo dying, I wanted to believe in him, but goddamn was it just so unlikely, but god the execution was just so much worse, like WHY did we spent all that time, conditioning us to believe Gojo is winning, and then pulls out the "actually no lol" and kills him off screen.

I could be wrong though and I may have done some misreading or misinterpretations, so just tell me if I'm right or wrong. Also yes, I did kinda divulge into other critiques that wasn't technically part of the main critique I had initially proposed and had asked in the first part of my message, but I just thought, if I want clarification for this, I may as well try find other clarifications for the other critiques I had stored up in my head when I was reading the story. I don't know how bad or how good the jujutsu kaisen fanbase is, but I still hope to have a healthy discussion about this, maybe I misremembered something, misinterpreted something, or lost some info along the way because of the amount of stories and things I had been consuming at the time, and you guys could maybe of help!
