What was the explanation behind BL claiming JB didnt always ask for consent in past relationships and sent her to a weight loss doctor?

I couldnt find it in his lawsuit his explanation for telling BL that he didnt always ask for consent or stop when told "no". Explanation?

Also there were allegations about him sending her to a weight loss doctor? Any extra information on this?

I know lots of the claims were exaggerated. Just didnt see an explanations for these claims?
