Where my original BBG people at?
Hey all! I started the week with Week 1 Day 1 from Kayla’s original pdf guide! I did this a few years back now during my studies at uni, and I have never felt/looked in better shape - both physically and mentally.
I was curious to see if anyone still uses these original guides? I remember first purchasing them when I was at school and it feels so nostalgic completing a workout again 😅
I tried the Sweat app a few months back and did a couple of workouts on her guide there, but didn’t find it any way near as challenging.
Looking forward to getting back into it!
