What a Happy Day to Be Alive!
So, I typically check my emails before going to bed, and usually, there's nothing that surprises me. However, yesterday I received one that did. After PayPal permanently limited my account, they sent me an email stating that my funds are eligible for withdrawal. But here's where the horror of the story begins: I'm struggling to withdraw the funds to my Mpesa account, PayPal/Safaricom Support team says that they are unable to capture the funds. I've attempted to link my bank, but it seems the only bank I can easily link with is Equity, which I don't have an account with, and there's also some history there.
I'm reaching out for help from anyone who has successfully withdrawn funds after their account was permanently limited. What steps did you take? Thank you so much.
