virtual printer/server printer

Hi, I was wondering if I could get some help here.
My workplace wants to link all the bizhub printers into a virtual printer and to print with it. And with an id gain access to the physical printers and be able to print.

I've tried looking for information, read the manual and such but haven't found something that could help me.
