Told to log off because proctor’s chat wasn’t working

I waited 30 minutes for a proctor readiness agent to connect so I could begin the security check. The agent kept freezing and saying his internet connection was poor. I know it wasn’t an issue on my end since I completed the speed tests beforehand. We tried to continue, but when we got to checking the chat function it wouldn’t work for him. Then he told me to log off and log back on so I’m left here starting the whole process over again.
