160 on first LSAT try. Currently taking a course, more I study worse I do.

Hi everyone!

So I took the November lsat and scored a 160. I have been taking a blueprint course, and every practice exam I take (with more and more studying I do) I score less. I'm talking, I just took one now and got a 154. I was planning on taking the exam January. What can be the reason for this? I feel like I understand the material more and more.. yet do worse and worse. Honestly so crushed and debating just keeping my 160 and keeping it moving.
