[Landlord US-TX] What can I do about Disabled Tenants with Bed Bugs.

Hello, First post on here looking for advice.

I manage a complex of around 100 units and we currently have 1 unit who has a bad bed bug infestation. The Tenants are wheelchair bound and elderly. We have had pest control out to fog their apartment while they stayed in a hotel for the night. Unfortunately, they brought their wheel chairs with them to the hotel and did not allow pest control to spray them.

Now here we are 2 months later and the bed bugs are back just as bad as they were before the spray.

Now we do have in our lease that we can evict if people are not cooperating with pest control policies. Such as the taking the wheelchairs with them after being told to leave them. So I know i could go wit the eviction route but I'm looking for any other ways I could try to help them before having to do that.

At this point pest control has urged them to throw out all of their furniture and mattresses, and replace them after the treatment. Which I know they can't afford to do. They also would need help getting all of their cloths and sheets out of the apartment before the treatment.

Our maintenance guys are not willing to help with the removal of the items in fear of bringing bed bugs back to their own homes. Which is understandable. I also don't want to help with the physical moving of objects in the apartment.

So was just wondering what people would do in this situation, I have thought about reaching out to the church that they attend to see if they could give them some help in some way. But also not sure if I can legally do that with giving their information out like that.

So any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!
