[Landlord/ USA/ TN- Uninhabitable Property Responsibilities

I’m a new landlord. I have a renter that just moved into a new unit under warranty. There main sewer pipe is clogged, and they may have to bust up the slap to fix it. I’m not having to pay for it, so I’m glad. However, am I required to provide the renters a hotel while it’s being repaired? I do require renters insurance and they have it. Does that cover the cost of a hotel due to uninhabitable? I’m hoping it’s the builders responsibility.
