[Landlord-US-PA] Tenant threatening realtor with baseball bat
Like the title said. Been trying to sell this particular property for a while, and this tenant has been making some showings difficult. She has often had a mental health crisis while we’re trying to arrange showings but never flat out refused to let the house be shown. Tonight a request came in for a showing, and when the realtor let her know, she flipped out and started saying she had to have the water turned off because she couldn’t pay the bill, and so on—all of which is news to me. Also threatened to attack anyone who came with a baseball bat.
What should I even do in this situation—she’s up to date on rent, been a tenant in this house for over 10 years. Also just in this thread found out she has no job. Like what. Pls help lol.
