Does astigmatism regress faster in PRK than lasik ?

Comparing b/w lasik and PRK in treating astigmatism which is better and why , and what’s the differences ?

I’ve already did PRK, but two doctors I’ve went for a checkup and both said “why didn’t you do lasik instead of PRK”
