3 month post PRK

That's basically it, I looked for the best doctor, in the best clinic in my region, I operated with the best machines available (TransPRK - Wavelight EX500) and I'm back in the glasses.

Originally it had in the left eye: -7.75 spherical / -1.5 cylindrical and in the right eye -7.25 spherical / -1.0 cylindrical.

Currently I have in the left eye: +0.5 spherical / -0.5 cylindrical and in the right eye 0.0 spherical / -1.5 cylindrical.

As you can see, for some reason (if anyone can give a detailed explanation, I would be very happy) my astigmatism just got worse in my right eye.

However, being back in the glasses is not a problem, I will only use them for working and reading, the worst problem is NIGHT VISION. When my pupil is more dilated, or larger, or in low light, the startburst and halos are VERY AWFUL, it makes me instantly regret having the surgery. My doctor knew it would induce a lot of HOAs because she warned me that with the degree I had, I would have a little difficulty with night vision, but at no time did she say it would be that bad...

Do you guys believe that starbursts and halos can decrease considerably, despite the fact that the correction has not been made in my entire optic zone?

Also, do you believe that the astigmatism can reduce?

Anyway, to all those who think about doing it, know that the procedure is not even close to something guaranteed.
