Jinx + Jayce VFX and SFX Update

Hey all! We've updated the VFX and SFX for most of Jinx and Jayce's skins to improve clarity and bring them up to a more modern quality bar. This is just a visual/audio update and everything should have the same behavior as before.

The other skins have received more minor updates.
