LPT: Practice walking away from arguments on the internet, it's much better for your health
I used to love an online argument and would spend hours trying to prove people wrong about things, until I realised that most people won't change their mind based on what a stranger on the internet says.
So I stopped. I still sometimes comment or reply to make a single point but I avoid any prolonged back and forth, and often just ignore things I would normally relish arguing about. Life's too short and it just stresses me out.
Walk away, do something fun instead and leave internet strangers to their ignorance. They can only change if they really want to, and you're not the person to persuade them.
