I’m disappointed?

The Homecoming was FANTASTIC, the 40th was GREAT, and this was just so underwhelming. I saw how many great cast members they had in attendance at the good nights and WHAT?! Jane Curtain, Terry Sweeney, Ellen Cleghorne and more?? What was the purpose of having a fiftieth anniversary special that focused so heavily on the last 20 years?! I was dying for something new from the original cast- Laraine Newman was great but why was that it? Most of the sketches were just uninspired rehashes- I felt like the 40th put a new spin on things. Am I getting old or does anyone else feel it was mediocre?
