Anyone have issues with tax form from sports betting?

I cashed out just over $100 in November from BetMGM. Their site has no record of anything that I won. I’m trying to get my taxes done, so I am needing this. Is there a certain amount that has to be cashed out before it’s taxed? Their support is not helpful at all.
