overeating?

hi guys!! my lovebird is constantly in his food bowl just messing around and throwing seeds all about- and always eating!!! he is in a big cage and gets to spend time out of it with me and gets to do plenty of exercise. he hates eating anything that isn’t seeds, it’s so hard to get him to eat veggies!!! is there any reason for concern, do yall think, for him spending too much time in his bowl?
