LBS(1 year) and ISB admit here

I am 27 Indian Male,GMAT FE 685,got into ISB and LBS 1 year mba program. I already have an MBA from IIM Udaipur and 2.5 years of work experience as a product manager in ICICI Bank(top 3 bank in India with market cap of 110 billion USD) My preference are HSW only, but as a safety net,I have applied to all M7+Yale,NYU,Duke,Insead, LBS,ISB till now,out of which,6 are 1 year programs-ISB,LBS,Insead, Duke Kellogg and Yale MAM. I got into ISB(60K USD fees) and LBS (75k GBP fees). Should I join ISB or LBS or even go for another MBA? Since I am already a MBA grad from an IIM,working as a product manager so I would be better than most of the people in my cohort hence peer to peer learning will be less.I am already in debt of 8L(10k usd)-loan I took for IIM and my parents will not support me financially.I have spent around 3 lakhs(3.5k usd) in my applications till now, just application fees, didn't used any consultation service. What should I do?

Edit 1:- I do have a little debt but it is because I choose to have it(for tax saving purpose). If I want to then I can settle it at once. I took gmat again and got 715 this time though I had applied for all programs earlier with 685 score only

Edit 2:- I know I have less work experience than the majority of people and even if I don't get into HSW,I can continue with my job and apply next year and if I get in MIT or even kellogg,I might join that as well. Ps:- I am not getting that old 😂(like 30+) Many of you were asking are my parents not forcing me to get married and yes they are but I choose not to and why they are not supporting me financially-so I haven't taken a penny from my parents for the last 4 years. I don't want to and even if they want to support me then they are not earning in crores that they could pay my tution.Biggest asset they have is their home which is certainly worth much more than HSW fees but why would they sell their home 😂.

Edit 3:-It seems like a few people got offended by my statement of considering myself better than my peers, maybe you are thinking that I am talking about you all since most of the people who commented on my post are MBA applications only but it's what I think I might be wrong and I do hope I get good peers wherever I join MBA
