So I just learned that the cold can trigger mcas symptoms... So I guess I'm not crazy after all
I remember even when I was young, walking in the winter to school or wherever, my skin would get so incredibly itchy and I generally wouldn't feel good.
I live in Canada where it can get really cold and so I usually get gaslit by people telling me to suck it up and it's all just in my head and that it's not that cold I shouldn't be complaining.
I don't want to leave the house when it's cold. I don't get hives, but just super itchy.
I don't even want to drink anything cold.
I thought it was a sensory thing related to me being neurodivergent. But maybe it's the MCAS after all.
