Armour Set Help

So, I’ve played Monster Hunter for awhile, and I’m only now getting fully into MH:GU, but what would be a good set for a LS/Prowler Player, who swaps between LS/Powler constantly.

(I am relatively new with the armour system in MH:GU, so I do need it explained in a more casual way.)

Current HR: 2

Style: Valor

Why prowler is important: I need to twin with the Palico, it is very important to me for personal reasons, this may be obscure but it is how I run it.

Edit Two: Yes, I know the Prowler cannot use the same stuff, I mean in the sense of I want matching gear, but the Palico equivalent of said gear, not the exact same.
