Is it a good choice?

So I just started to build her for A3, bc based on the Hero Tier List, she was on the S class (Rista done). But the thing is, I started her from 5 star, also while having an A0 Toki, A0 Akashic, A0 A.Alice, 6 star Hel, 7 star Feng and 8 star Florence, and I felt like this is a waste to build her first and not focusing on them. Should I continue with her or build the others?
