Buy the commerce comet or wait???

Pretty new to the game but just curious how often they put out new cards of the same players? Thinking about buying commerce comet from set 2 and they just dropped a set 3 97 Mickey. What are the chances the drop another 99 Mickey in the next 2-3 sets?
