How can I even trust my range?

I know everyone posts about their range but mine is getting ridiculous, and I don't want to hear anything about the guessometer please.

Last night I drove my car and it was at 85% with 183 range. I still plugged it in overnight bc I wanted to make sure it was a full 85% and it was extremely cold yesterday. However I woke up and it had warmed up but when I got in my car to leave I was at 85% with 177 miles range.

This isn't a huge deal even though it was still annoying. My real issue is that my commute is exactly 40 miles one way. Yet when I pull into work today my battery was at 50% with 70 miles left. Like how the fuck am I even supposed to trust my car to get me the 40 miles home if it used 107 miles in range just to drive 40 miles.

I was told from the dealership that some range drop was normal in the winter but not 40-60% that is just insane. I drive conservatively in whisper mode but my car is a lemon.

My Bluetooth/android auto also always disconnects and I've tried all the solutions besides removing my phone as a key.

How can I contact Ford support to have them examine my battery?
