Winter range, or just strange?

I’m confused. At 56% this is the rave in my vehicle? Less than 100km?! I’ve only had this vehicle for eight months, so if this is normal, please let me know. Otherwise, let me know if this is a service issue and I need to go back to my dealer to get it sorted. I don’t know, this just seems quite a dramatic Difference in range for winter driving.
